Tricalcium phosphate is mostly used in infant formula foods, infant cereal supplements and health foods when used as a nutritional booster. In addition, tricalcium phosphate can also be used as water retention agent, leavening agent, acidity regulator, stabilizer, coagulant, anti-coagulating agent, widely used in infant food, canned food, flour products, beverages, puffed food, meat products, frozen aquatic products. In the feed industry, tricalcium phosphate can promote feed digestion, but also can treat livestock rickets, osteomalacia and so on.
