Sodium percarbonate, commonly known as solid H202, is an addition compound of H202 and sodium carbonate. After decomposition, it produces oxygen, water and sodium carbonate. Its effective active oxygen content is equivalent to 27.5% H202. Sodium percarbonate not only has the function of liquid H202, but also rapidly decomposes and releases oxygen at low water temperature to achieve functions such as bleaching, decontamination, sterilization, and deodorization, and at the same time decomposes to generate sodium carbonate, which can increase the pH value of water and reduce The ability of calcium and magnesium ions in hard water to soften the water. In addition, as pH increases, soils and fibers are more negatively charged, thereby increasing the repulsion between soil and fibers, improving bleaching and washing performance.
