4:Blue powder, almost odorless and tasteless. Soluble in water, hydrous ethanol and aqueous propylene glycol, bright blue. There is no change in color tone in the pH3~8 range. Heat-resistant, 120°C, 60min does not fade. Weak moisture absorption and poor light resistance. This product has strong staining power on protein, and the absorbance (1000 times diluted aqueous solution, 590nm) is 0.5.
