Calcium carbonate is calcium carbonate with high purity and whiteness. Food grade calcium carbonate is commonly used as food additive, for example, in food processing, it is used as alkaline agent, nutritional supplement, dough conditioner, curing agent, yeast nutrient, anti-caking agent, loosening agent, gum sugar additive and modifier.
