Introduction ( Butyl hydroxy toluene BHT Cas: 128-37-0) 
Antioxidant BHT chemically named 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol. Compared with other antioxidants: higher stability, antioxidant effect is better, no gallic acid esters such as coloring with metal ion reaction, and no BHA specific odor, and low price.
Antioxidant BHT is currently widely used internationally, especially in the processing of aquatic products, inexpensive antioxidants. At present, the antioxidant BHT in the food industry, synthetic rubber anti-aging and lubricant products, such as anti-oxidation, anti-gum also play a big role.

1. BHT is nontoxic,imflammable, is applicable to various lubricating oils, re-processed gasoline, paraffin and other mineral oils, as well as to polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, polyester, cellulose resin and foamed plastic (particularly to white or light-colored product), food-grade plastics, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, animal and plant grease etc.
2. BHT as stablizer for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals; dosage: 0.01%~2%;
3. BHT as antioxidant for industrial oils;dosage:0.1%~1%;
4. BHT as antioxidant in oils food grade;
