Function and applications of the Disodium edetate dihydrate:
1.The product can be used in the food, drink, icecream, milk shake tea, cake, superfood and healthcare products. 
2.Disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate can be used for canned aquatic products, canned chestnuts with sugar water, etc., and the maximum amount of use is 0.25 g/kg. It can maintain the color, aroma and taste of canned food, and for canned aquatic products such as crab and shrimp, the addition of disodium edtad can prevent the precipitation of glass-like crystalline struvite to ensure the quality of processed products. It is also used as a stabilizing and coagulant for pickles, canned food, and the maximum amount used is 0.25 g/kg.
